Spot Consultations Welcome

Our firm offers an “Initial Strategy Consultation (Spot Advisory)” not only as a standalone service but also as a foundational step toward a comprehensive retainer agreement. For projects involving highly specialized medical and pharmaceutical regulations, this consultation serves as a high-precision strategic mapping session before full-scale launch. We highly recommend this service if you need to visualize the compliance risks of your business scheme or gain a clear roadmap for complex licensing procedures.

You are welcome to use this service even if your challenges or legal issues are not yet fully defined.

  • For inquiries that do not require extensive preliminary research, we may be able to resolve your issues (determine the definitive course of action) within the initial meeting alone. Please feel free to utilize this service for targeted problem-solving or to seek a professional second opinion.
  • Administrative inquiries, such as fee estimates or confirmation of scope, are also welcome and can be handled free of charge without a meeting.

Initial Consultation (Spot Consulting)

Initial consultations prior to formal engagement are generally provided as a paid service (Spot Consulting). From the perspectives of regulations, administrative procedures, and business operations, we analyze your current challenges and present a practical roadmap.

Fee: JPY 55,000 (tax included) / 50 minutes Format: Online (via Zoom, etc.)
